Advanced manufacturing allows us to quickly deliver custom titanium and zirconium alloy single – piece castings. We also handle various steels and alloys. Using rapidly – made precision ceramic or sand molds, our castings have a surface roughness of 3.2 – 7.6 µm and dimensional accuracy of ISO 8062 DCTG5 – DCTG8, suitable for components up to 1.5m in diameter.

We can handle single – piece, small – batch, and large – scale production. We also offer reverse and re – engineering for impellers, etc., with improved performance.
